Simulated live call — this is what Saley shows while you talk.
The problem
The call moves faster than your recall.
Objections land when you’re least ready for them, and the pain the prospect described two minutes ago is already gone. The tools that could help you were built to watch the tape afterward.
You freeze on the objection
“It’s too expensive,” “send me pricing,” “we already use X.” You know the good answer — you just needed it three seconds ago, not on the drive home.
You lose the painpoint
They tell you exactly what hurts, in their words. By the time you’re writing the follow-up, the sharp quote has blurred into a vague memory of “something about reporting.”
How it works
One loop, from prep to the write-up.
Saley wires into the whole call, not one moment of it: you set it up once, research each prospect, get help while you talk, and read the notes and the score after.
Build your Playbook
Point Saley at your website, PDFs, Word documents, and notes. It synthesizes them into one Playbook, while eligible uploaded files remain searchable for in-call answers.
Brief the prospect
Before the call, Saley researches who you’re calling and builds a source-cited brief — priorities, likely objections, ICP fit — framed for what you sell.
Get help on the call
The always-on overlay keeps coaching visible. Open Live Assist when you want Next, Catch up, Summary, Actions, or Ask.
Snapshot, notes, and a score
Stop the call and get an immediate snapshot of a recap, takeaways, and actions. Detailed notes and a 0–100 scorecard follow.
Interactive Live Assist
Ask for the help you need without leaving the call.
The always-on coaching overlay stays in place. Compact Live Assist controls open with the call and give you a direct way to ask for help when you need it.
Four shortcuts for the live moment
Choose Next, Catch up, Summary, or Actions. Each answer stays short enough to scan while you are still speaking.
Ask about the call or your files
Ask a specific question. Saley can use the current call, Playbook, Prospect Brief, and searchable Playbook files, showing a filename or page citation when one is available.
A recap the moment you stop
The dock becomes an immediate call snapshot with a recap, key takeaways, and detected actions while the detailed review is still being prepared.
What you get
One sales assistant for the live call and everything around it.
Live objection help
An answer the moment the objection lands.
Saley hears the pushback and drafts a specific next move against your Playbook — not a canned line. You stay in the conversation instead of stalling.
Both live windows request native capture protection. For the safest result, share the meeting window rather than the full display.
Don’t email pricing cold. Ask what outcome they’d measure, then book the next call to walk it through.
Painpoints, captured as they’re said
The pain behind the deal, surfaced while it is fresh.
Saley surfaces prospect painpoints during the call and keeps the speaker-separated transcript nearby, so your follow-up can return to what was actually said instead of relying on memory.

Post-call scorecard
A 0–100 score with the receipts.
After the call you get an overall score, a five-dimension rubric — Discovery, Qualification, Value delivery, Objection handling, Next steps — and a BANT checklist that shows supporting transcript evidence when Saley returns it.

Auto call notes
A written recap of what the call was about.
Saley keeps a running recap during the call and writes a structured summary after — topics, key points, decisions, action items, next steps. That’s what happened, separate from the score for how you did. Editable, and yours.
Intro call with an eight-rep sales team; pricing, onboarding and a security review discussed; next step booked.

The Playbook
Built from your own sources, not a template.
Point Saley at your website, a deck, a pricing PDF, and your notes. It synthesizes them into one Playbook — value props, ideal customer, objection responses, pricing, your call goal — that informs live guidance and review where that context is relevant.
- Value props / differentiators
- ICP — who you sell to
- Objections & best responses
- Pricing & packaging
- Call goal / methodology
Speaker-separated transcripts
Seller and remote audio start separated.
Because your mic and the system audio are separate channels, a one-to-one call is labelled YOU vs THEM from the signal. When multiple remote voices are present, Saley labels them when there is enough evidence to separate them.
Honestly?
They forget half of what gets agreed, and the notes are a mess.
That’s the exact moment Saley works — live, not the day after.
Just send me pricing and I’ll take a look.
Rep workflow vs team intelligence
Gong gives revenue teams the wide view. Saley stays with the rep.
Broad revenue-intelligence platforms cover call libraries, team analytics, and coaching workflows. Saley focuses on the individual seller’s live conversation.
You fix it now.
The objection reply, the painpoint, the talk-ratio readout — all of it lands while the call is still open, when it can still change the outcome.
Your team sees the bigger picture.
Platforms such as Gong help revenue teams analyze calls at scale, manage libraries, and coach across the organization. That broader team workflow is a different job from Saley’s rep-first live assist.
What you need
A Mac, two permissions, and any call app.
Saley is a signed and notarized macOS app — download it, open it, and it records. There is no Windows build yet.
macOS 13 or later
Ventura or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel — one universal app. The floor is set by ScreenCaptureKit, the Apple framework Saley uses to capture system audio.
Two permissions, on first run
Microphone for your side, and Screen Recording — that’s how macOS lets an app capture the audio you hear, which is the other side of the call.
Any call app
Zoom, Meet, Teams, a softphone, a browser tab. Saley captures desktop audio instead of integrating with call apps — if your Mac can play it, Saley can hear it.
FAQ
Questions people actually ask
What do I need to run Saley?
A Mac running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. The app is universal — Apple Silicon and Intel run the same signed, notarized build. On first run macOS asks for two permissions: Microphone for your side of the call, and Screen Recording, which is how the system lets Saley capture the audio you hear — the other side.
Do I need a Zoom, Meet, or Teams integration?
No. Saley captures your microphone and your Mac's system audio directly, so anything you can hear on a call, it can transcribe. Zoom, Meet, Teams, a softphone, a browser tab — there's nothing to connect, nothing to authorize, and no bot joins your meeting.
Can the prospect see the overlay?
Saley requests macOS capture protection for both the passive overlay and interactive Live Assist window. For the safest result, share the meeting or presentation window instead of your entire display, and verify the behavior in your call app before presenting.
What can I ask Saley during a sales call?
Ask about the live conversation or use one-click actions for the next question, the last 60 seconds, a summary so far, or action items. Ask and Next question can also search files attached to the active Playbook, with filename and page citations when available.
Is it legal to record the call?
Recording starts behind a consent gate with a visible recording indicator every session — nothing records silently. But consent laws vary by state and country, and some require every party to agree, so getting consent where your calls need it is on you. Saley makes the consent step explicit rather than hiding it.
What happens to my recordings?
They're yours. Audio is stored so you can play a call back, read the speaker-separated transcript, and re-score it — and you can delete a call and its recording. On team plans an admin can see the calls recorded under the organization — reps are told, and the organization is the data controller for those calls.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet — Saley is a macOS app today. The way it hears the other side of the call is built on macOS system-audio capture, which is also why it needs macOS 13 or later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime. There's no free tier and no trial, and the card is charged at signup, so the flip side is deliberate: no lock-in. And if you use up your plan's hours mid-month, recording stops with an upgrade prompt — you're never billed overage you didn't ask for.
